I hired for $600. For a mold remediation wipe down and deep clean. The first day they came an hour late and stayed for 5 hours cleaning kitchen cabinets. Just the top cabinets and lazy susans. Not counter tops not sink area. Rugs were removed during remediation and hard wood under needed spot cleaned for pet marks. Pet marks were removed the second day. Walls in living areas were damp wiped. Pensil marks could not be removed as per service. Floors were vacuumed. 2 Children rooms were not touched. I had previously cleaned all furniture so furniture did not need cleaning. Pantry was not touched. Fronts of large appliances were wiped down. I had to message them to come back and clean 2 bathrooms that were not touched. They were here for 1.5 hours and quickly cleaned sinks and bathing areas and toilets and mirrors in one bathroom. I am very disappointed that I had to find my house not cleaned as expected. This is my first time hiring a cleaning company. I'm an older adult and I was taken

They have done a great job. We have also had good guests so far. My only complaint is 1 of our guests burned the top of the island with I believe a candle and left a watermark. The cleaners may have not noticed it is small and not a good surface for food prep. We do plan to replace it.
