Best appliance repair experience I have ever had. Mr. Jeff came to my home within 30 minutes of my speaking to their office, and fixed my 14-year-old dryer quickly; I was expecting a high charge from my past experiences with appliance repair, but it was under $100. Mr. Jeff was very personable and respectful, and explained the problem to me clearly. I will use them from now on with all appliance repairs.

Left a message; my call was returned that afternoon. She explained most likely the problem was the valve. Scheduled a date/time and he was right on time. Replaced the valve quickly, Very professional. Would definitely use again.

They came quickly, did excellent work, and asked a good price--less than the big box stores where we shopped for our new microwave. I like these folks!

When I called I left a message. Christine called me back very quickly. She was very helpful and explained what I had to do in order to diagnose the problem. She thought that it was getting stuck in defrost mode. When the temp in my fridge started to go up again, I called and a gentleman showed up within the hour and promptly knew what the issue was. My fridge was fixed and I couldn't be happier. Thank you so much for the prompt and courteous service.

Called yesterday to see if work could be done. Part ordered for overnight delivery. As requested (dogs), Jeff (owner and tech) called before coming. Took more time to move appliances than to replace/install new dryer timer motor. Very organized, changing one electrical connection at a time so no confusion about this lead hooked up where. After replacing dryer and attaching vent Jeff even had me run the dryer to see if there were any air leaks around the vent attachment. Cleaned up. There aren't enough works of praise for a person who believes in doing a professional job for a reasonable price!

We just moved into our a home near Myrtle Beach, SC We became concerned about unusually loud noises made by the refrigerator. Additionally, a light would not go out on the dishwasher status panel. After consulting Angie's list we called J and J Appliance. Their technician "Thomas" responded within 2 hours. After hearing the noise Thomas indicated that the noise made was the refer "pushing" Freon and, though annoying, was normal. The status light was our unfamiliarity with the dishwasher. Since we had told Thomas that we were considering the purchase of additional new appliances he took the time to explain a "technicians" point of view of our potential choices. A very pleasant experience brought about by a very pleasant, professional, clean-cut technician. After moving here from Northern Virginia the $70.00 service fee was wonderful. Very satisfied

Our refrigerator had water accumulating on the shelves and the drawers, called J and J, they called back immediately, and repairman arrived promptly. He diagnosed it as a clogged drain from the freezer, repaired it quickly and cleaned everything up. Excellent service, would use them again.

I got this service provider off of Angie's list as we are new to this area and had no other source for finding a service technician. Jeff's office was extremely fast in returning our voice mail message left on their telephone recorder. Once we made contact they scheduled an appointment for within 90 minutes and was punctual about the time. THe technician was very knowledgeable about the problem and fixed our machine within a 30 minute time frame. the cost of the repair which included the service call was very reasonable and I would not hesitate to contact this company again as the need arises.

Have referred to my friends and they still call him for repairs too.

Called and came within a half hour, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part necessary to repair my dishwasher, and returned three days later with the part and installed it. Good job!

My washing machine would not drain or spin. I called Jand J appliance repair. Mr. Jeff arrived at the agreed day and time. He checked the machine, diagnosed the problem as a bad water pump and replaced it. He was extremely knowledgable, professional and efficient. The price was very reasonable. It was a very positive experience. I will certainly call on him again.

I called Jand J Appliance on Saturday morning. I spoke to Thomas. I told him the freezer section of my refrigerator/freezer was not working. I asked if someone could come out and take a look at it since it was Saturday. Thomas said he would be happy to come out and look at the freezer. He arrived very promptly after I called. He said he would look at the most likely, and least expensive causes of malfunction first and began to take the panel out of the freezer. It was frozen up pretty badly. He checked the defrosting unit, the most likely cause, but it was fine. Then he checked another part in the freezer that was the second most likely cause of malfunction, but it was working too. We pulled the whole unit from the wall and he took the panel off the back. Turned out that the control panel in the back of the unit was bad. He went out to the van, brought in a replacement part and quickly put the panel back in. He then went to work defrosting the freezer coil so that he could put the front panel back onto the freezer. He did a great job, was very knowledgeable, prompt, and courteous. I also think that the cost of repair was very reasonable. After he put everything back together, he cleaned up his work area and told me what to check for in the future to prevent additional problems with the appliance. My wife and I were very pleased and would definitely use this company again. I was very pleased with the price as well as the fact that they came out on a Saturday. Their was no additional cost for a weekend service call like some companies charge. I give the company an excellent rating for their promptness, efficiency, knowledge, courteousness, having the part on hand, and professionalism. The job was well done and the appliance is working well.

Jeff repaired the electric clothes dryer in our second home. He arrived on time and fixed the dryer quickly and cleaned up after he was done. I would definitely use him again.

Jeff was very punctual and went right to work. He was efficient, knowlegable, friendly and professional. He explained the situation with the drain clogging and what causes it. We will definitely call him again for service in the future.

Call J and J at 9:00AM and left some info concerning the problem on the answering machine.
The call was returned within 15 minutes and arrangements were made for Jeff to come. He also explained that because we were out of his area there would be an additional fuel charge to which we agreed.
He took down the model number to make sure he had the parts to make the necessary suspected repair.
Jeff was at our home by about 9:30AM, made another diagnosis to make sure of the problem, proceeded to explain all that was involved and started the work. As he progressed he kept us appraised of what he was doing and why.
Work was completed by 11:00AM and the dryer is as good as new.
