Angela set us up with wonderful workers. We bought our own tile - she sent someone to lay it, and he did an excellent job. Those she referred us to for the cabinets and countertops were the best! Everyone treated us with the utmost respect and were professional at all times. I would have no problem in referring Angela to anyone needing a remodeling contractor!

Friendly, nice people and good quality workmanship. It was a very long project with many delays for various reasons beyond our control, but we are very happy with the finished product. You too will be happy with the quality of their work.

The three season porch they did turned out just as I had envisioned. The quality of their work was excellent.

Does not what to fix little mistakes made. Talks to you like you do not know what your talking about. Do not get me wrong Mike does get work just little thing it you are picky are not going to be fixed you have to do them on your own. He is not cheap.

I could not have asked for a better crew to work with on this project. Mike Dutton impressed me right off the bat and gave the best price for what I wanted. His team were reliable, capable, pleasant to be around, and very hard-working. I could not be happier with the job that was done on my house. It was Home Advisor that led me to ICMS Construction but it was the builders themselves that proved that they were worthy of a five-star rating. Once you give them a chance to talk about your project I'm confident you won't want to go anywhere else.

Once they got started they were doing good and then they started to slow down. For the most part they did a good job, but towards the end of the job, you could tell the difference between the work being performed. We had issues getting our garage door, which I understand can happen, but the supplies should have been ordered up front, so that we did not have to wait three more weeks for the installation. The person that did the concrete, forgot to score it and there are several very large cracks across the floor.

The addition of my screened-in porch was a bit tricky due to the fact that there was a bump-out in the roof where the eat-in kitchen was. Mike helped me to decide on the final plan by drawing a very specific, detailed drawing of what it would look like completed. He checked in with his workers periodically to see that everything was coming along as planned. His workers were courteous and they cleaned the work site at the end of each work day. Due to the horrible rainy weather, completion of my porch was delayed but that was expected and I had no 'time limit' set. I cannot say for sure about the value for money as he was the only one who returned to me with an estimate, but, having had one put on my old house, I think his price was fair. I am completely satisfied with the work done and very pleased with the fact that it does not look like an addition because it blends in so well with the homes structure. I would definitely refer anyone interested in remodeling or an addition to Mike Dutton.

We would score the work of this company to be all 5"s. They worked diligently to assure our addition was completed on time. The cost was very fair. They also did some additional work and staining of our kitchen cabinets. The work crew and owner Mike were very courteous and respectful to our requests. We would call them again if we ever have another similar project. We certainly would refer this company to anyone who wants a professional appearance in their construction. This company is a blessing.

Mike over sees all his employees work being done to make sure it is done correctly. I think Mike went over and above in completing this job. We are very pleased with the work Mike & his team did. I would recommend Mike to anyone needing projects done at their home. I intend to hire Mike again if I ever need work done. I feel like Mike has become a true friend, he's honest and I trust him. He has helped us with other projects we have going on at the house.

I had some pretty severe termite damage that needed repair. I moved away from the Grand Strand so needed to hire the repair out. I met with Mike and he gave me some great advice and suggestions on the project. My renters are very pleased with the repair and how fast they were able to get it done.

I hired ICMS to build me a living room my Mother In Law can not go down steps I needed a room so she could transfer safely from on room to another without falling Mike and his guys gave me just wanted I needed for her safety. They were very clean and every day cleaned up before leaving. Very up to date on colors, Fixtures and modern aspects of what I wanted. I just Love my new Addition and would hire ICMS again Mike and his crew are great and very honest and trust worthy.

Mike was great to work with and provided a structure that was much better than code required (according to the code inspectors). I would hire him again without any hesitation.

The only advice that I would give to I.C.M.S. construction and myself is to have more communication. I did not communicate that we had just moved in and really did not like most of our fixtures and they originally tried to match the fixtures in the house, beccause the team thought that was our style... Mike is great and so are Eric and junior..On time everyday....very professional and pleasent..very clean ...great guys ..If you have work to do hire them!!!!

Mike and his crew did 2 bathrooms for us. Love them both. I had a few minor problems with my bathroom and I called Mike and they were able to fix them within a few days. They also improved our back deck. His guys are great. Will use them again if needed gfor anything.
