When they came out to mow my yard my backyard was wet and instead of understanding a very wet yard is going to have consequences, they ran their heavy mowers over my entire yard, and left awful ruts through the whole thing and then they got stuck and now I have a whole patch of soil and mud where the mower was dug out they should not have mowed when it was wet! In my opinion, they should have stopped once they saw how wet it was, and the ruts that it was leaving! and then he invoiced me within two minutes of me, saying I no longer required his services any longer for the whole amount of service! Even though I told him I'm not satisfied and honestly would this yard be something that you would show people and be proud of the work? I am just disappointed! I paid the invoice because I understand good business but I was disappointed at the lack of customer service because personally I don't think I should have been charged for this because it looks bad!! and I feel like perhaps he should've offered some thing either no charge or I'll come back and throw down grass seed where everything dug up! Something! Just disappointed! I had high hopes for this company!

Hills Cutting Edge company went over and above!! They did all the work I requested and did a little more (trimmed my walkway down to the retaining pond). Darrell and his son did the work and they arrived on the time they quoted and the price was very reasonable. I will be hiring them again to clean up my garden.
