We bought a truck about 4 months ago for almost 14,000.00..Had a major oil leak that was only accessible by dealing with the timing belt..Therefor making it major, and not minor as the owner seems to think..They had it for a week..Again if it was minor why would it take so long .They called for pickup, my 16 yr old son who is primary driver of truck went to leave and couldn't go in reverse..They had caused a new problem, water in the clutch..If my son wasn't parked in such a way where he didn't need to go backwards, he could have been killed not knowing he couldn't go in reverse..The owner didn't seem to care much at all about the situation his own garage caused. This is why we have warranty's..They fixed the new problem and my son had to return again, It takes 45 mins to get there from our house. I called and asked as a courtesy if they could fill his tank for us because we have had these annoying problems after only 4 months of ownership.. That's when Steve ( the owner ) screamed and went crazy telling me I had nerve asking him for anything after he just fixed the truck, and couldn't believe I was even asking such a thing..It got really nasty, really fast and I was shocked at the the names he had called me and how loud his voice was. I was getting scared and had to hang up on him at that point..I have to say as an owner of a place where we just spent 14,000.00 he should be ashamed of himself..
