Dave Hamner was recommended by my contractor (whom I've worked with before and trust) to help with some plumbing related to a master bathroom renovation. All in all it was a good experience. He was always punctual,
friendly/professional, and so far I haven't had any issues with the
plumbing work that he did. The old jacuzzi tub that we removed wasn't level and water used to run over the side onto the floor every time you showered: I made him aware of this and he did a great job making sure the new tub was perfectly level so that this problem wouldn't happen again (and after taking my 1st shower in the new tub/shower I can confirm that not a drop of water ran onto the floor).  My only real complaint was that he didn't really do much cleanup nor did he do anything to protect my flooring. I walk in to see how things are going during the 1st phase of work (removing the old plumbing, pre-new tub/shower surrounds install stuff) and here's pipes (with water in them) as well as a bunch of his tools/gear laying on my unprotected near-white carpet. When he left for the day, he obviously cleaned up/took his tools/items but left his trash laying on the floor of the work site (which my contractor got to clean up later before he could continue doing his work). He also didn't give me a quote before starting work. Don't get me wrong, being the only plumber that anyone would recommend to me I was essentially going to use him no matter what but it's a little unprofessional not to provide a quote prior to starting work like this. Only other thing to know is that he's pretty old-school when it comes to technology...he has a cell phone but doesn't use email, no website, paper invoicing, and doesn't text (although I initially sent him a text message and he did get it and called me back so he does at least receive texts).

He came out and did a fine job. He as quick and efficient and got the job done. He treated me fine and was professional.

I've worked with plumbers before who reschedule and reschedule and drag everything out, which leads to stress and frustration on my end, but both times I called Mr. Hamner, he was onsite the same day and the problems were fixed without fuss or worry. He's responsive, professional, fair-priced, honest, and just an overall nice guy to work with. Hamner Plumbing has become my go-to plumbing service in Conway now, and I highly recommend him to others.

Igot his name off of Angie's List as I had used another plumber before but was not satisfied with his high prices. Mr. Hamner was able to come out in one day after making an appointment with me. He arrived on time, was very pleasant, even to my dog, and promptly went to work. All work was completed in a little over an hour. I was very pleased when he gave me the invoice as I had assumed that the job would cost much more than he was charging.
A perfect repair scenario. I couldn't have been more pleased!

He is dependable. He is very reasonably priced. He is also a nice person.
