Water heater and a.c. work was done out of necessity...original units broke while we were out of town. Four Star was wonderful! Even brought us temp portable units while work was being done.

installation time was a bit more than what was promised, but did not extend much further. Great expertise for older houses. In process of training new technicians. Several jobs were done with great end results. We'll hire Four Star again

They were professional, did a nice job. They were reasonably priced and conscious of the work they did.

It took them about two days to complete the job. They finished in a reasonable manner. The cost was fine, they cleaned up after themselves and I've had no trouble with the unit. They did the work and did it in a reasonable time and manner.

Contacted Four Star and they had someone on site the same day to perform the service.  They arrived on time and got straight to work on the issue.  Work was completed in a timely manner and all fees were as discussed.  The cost of the service was higher than some of the the other providers in the area, but they were not willing to come out on the same day.  Price was not far enough off the mark to make me less inclined to use them again if needed.

First of all, as always, he was  right on time.   (Mike)   They call first to let you know they are nearby.     The wear booties on their feet to keep the mud off the floors.      They bring all their own tools and equipment.     He was very careful not to get mud or water in the house.  Keep in mind, today it was pouring rain.     He still showed up on time.   He had to make numerous trips to the truck, in the pouring rain, to get all his tools.   No complaints from him.   
He removed the toilet and replaced  the bolts underneath.   It was rusted and the toilet was very loose and coming away from the floor.   He put in all new bolts and a new wax seal and cleaned it all up and reinstalled it.    Not sure what else was involved because I did not hover over and watch him.    
Then they went into my other bathroom and fixed the drain on my sink.   It was leaking down into my cabinet.    He put in all new parts.  Then he used a shop vac to clean up all the mess.   
He drained my hot water tank and did maintenance on it.    It needed a part replaced.
I had installed my own toilet flapper and it was done wrong and he adjusted it to make it work right.   
The technician was very polite and diligent.     

This company sent a VERY professional and experienced gas technician that really knew his stuff.  He found the leak(s) and we have every confidence that he did the job right.  I will definitely use this company again!

On time, on target, on price. I recommend them to anyone looking for professional work.

Came out quickly on Easter Sunday and cleaned out a main sewer line that was clogged.  It was also clogged on the city side of the clean out.  The technician called the city utility and waited until they arrived to do their part.  The technician was very polite and was sure to communicate the location of the problems and gave instruction on how to check in the future to determine if clog is only on the city side so we don't hire out unnecessarily.

Punctual, polite, professional and decent price. They always answer the phone and show up on time and often ahead of schedule. They always have the proper tools and accessories to complete the job. The most important part is they clean up the entire area when they are done and take the old equipment with them. The technicians are always knowledgeable and don't try to sell us something that we don't need. Great group of people and great company to have working in our vacation home. They treat our property like they would their own.

Installed new heat pump. Everything fine. I feel comfortable being able to call them if anything does pop up. They installed new shower purchased from 3rd party. Shower was defective and poorly made. Four star took out defective shower and put in new ceramic shower free of charge!
