Curbscapes should be the only company you bring in to do your borders. They are a very professional company in every way. I had questions about something’s that where going to be done on our property and when I called Ashley was so pleasant to speak with. She always had answers for us. The day the work was done was another example of what a professional and courteous team they have. The family never stopped working all day. The areas around our trees were not very circular before they started but when they finished they were perfect as was the rest of the gardens. If you need curbs for your gardens use Curbscapes. They proved to us THEY ARE THE BEST.

Curbscapes installed curbing around our flower beds in our front yard last year.  A few of our neighbors were getting it done at the same time that day.  The curbing from the street view looked good, but they left a lot of extra residue and curbing pieces on the inside of our the flower beds. I thought this was a little sloppy and lazy of them not to clean up. Another thing that bothered me was that they hooked up to our water outlet to mix the cement, which was fine and expected.  However, they also continued to use our water for the three other houses they were performing work on.  It didn't break the bank by any means, but I found it odd that they did this without permission. 
About a month ago, we thought we might want to add curbing to 2 of our flower beds in the backyard.  We called Curbscapes to come out and give us a quote.  Ashley came out to measure and gave me a quote.  I explained that I would think about it and discuss this and call back to schedule if we were interested.  I still have the quote sheet that I never signed and shows that I never authorized any work to be done.  We decided not to have the curbing installed and instead spent a weekend putting in edging on our own.  
Two days later, I arrived home from work and saw Curbscapes in my backyard. They had just finished up the job that I never authorized!  I questioned what they were doing on my property and they apologized and said they thought this was authorized. A light bulb must have gone off because one of the workers said he "thought it was weird that we just put the edging in."  Our neighbor was even out there talking to him and told him we just put it in a couple days before.  The workers still continued to work despite this.  You would think they would have tried to contact us with these red flags going up.  
I was pretty upset at this point as I put so much time into the edging project and now that was ruined.  I told him that I wasn't going to pay for the curbing.  The on-site installer said he didn't think we would have to pay for it.  In fact, he said he could take it out or that we would probably be able to keep it without charge.  He felt very badly and continued to apologize and admit the mistake was theirs.  I calmed down and decided to just keep the curbing in there.  It did look good, despite a few sloppy painted areas that I would ask them to fix up and the extra concrete mix left in the beds again.  I was still disappointed that I spent the weekend doing the edging, but in the end, at least the backyard was looking well landscaped.  
The next day, my neighbor called me around 11am and said that Curbscapes was back on my property, UNAUTHORIZED again! They were there removing the curbing.  My neighbor had to force them to call me because the installer said he already left a message with someone and it was taken care of. This was not the case.  When I spoke to him, he said he was instructed by the owner to remove it.  He apologized again and said the he was surprised they had him come back to do this.  I was irate that no one called to communicate this with me.  They were trying to sneak back onto my property without letting me know.  The installer said he would try to putting the edging back the same way, but he wasn't confident that he could.  
He was not able to put the edging back with the same detail and I will now spend another day aligning it and making it as perfect as it was.  One of the installers also left 2 wads of chewing tobacco in my yard which my dog ate and coughed up.  They also must have dropped one of my landscaping lights as the paint was chipped off.  The grass around the beds is now dead from their chemicals as well.  
When speaking with the owner, he did not show much sympathy or concern.  He said he had to believe Ashley because she said she received "verbal authorization on-site."  He said Ashley was supposed to call me as well to let us know they were coming back to remove the curbing.  She never called.  First of all, this was not true, but interesting because in 2014, we had to sign off on the quote before they would perform services on our front yard.  
Overall, a terrible experience due to poor customer service, lack of attention to detail and poor communication.

Outstanding job! Cement curb is red color all the way through. Cement is added to a small machine that forms curbing as it moves around house or tree.

Went great. Showed up on time with a large crew, went over install and then installed all in about four hours. Very happy with the work, workers were friendly and courteous, owner was on scene entire time.

the finished product looks very nice no problems with the looks of the curbing the only small problem I wish they would have cleaned the excess cement off the walkway better. I now have a reddish mark about an inch wide on the walk where the excess was just scraped off but not cleaned up before it dried . I was told it would sweep off later, but it won't, and using a wire brush dose'nt seem to get it off either seems like the color has transfered to the walk concrete.
All things considered I am happy with the curbing and I did not contact curbscapes about the clean up problem so to be fair to them it is only something you should watch for and not base your choice on I'm sure if you let them know while they are there they would take care of it.

Our experience with Curbscapes was positive. Bill was always prompt for his appointments and he and his crew were diligent while working on our home projects. They arrived on time and went right to work even working through hot, muggy weather to get our job completed. We are so pleased with the curbing that I would definitely have them do future work at our home. In fact, after completing our curbing last year two different neighbors contracted with Curbscapes and had curbing installed around their homes and are more than satisfied. To sum it up....they're efficient, prompt and hard working people.

We got several estimates for the decorative and functional curbing we wanted installed in our front, side and back yard areas. We chose CurbScapes even though they were not the lowest because of the way they presented their product and work. and I am so glad we did!

They answered all questions before and during the job. Their work was done in a professional manner and the areas where work was performed was completely cleaned up prior to their leaving. The curbing was just what they had promised.

A neighbor was going to hire them in the future based upon our recommendation and watching them work on our property. Sadly, the neighbor wanted to pay less and hired another installer.; as the saying goes, you get what you pay for.

There is no comparison between our curbing and the neighbor's. Nearly every week, people walking and bike riding past our home, complement the appearance of our curbing .......they usually also comment on the neighbor's curbing, since they are side-by-side, but not with the same, shall we say, enthusiasm as to appearance.

Due to an unforeseen issue with the way our property had been graded by the builder, a portion of our front yard and the curbing began to sink. CurbScapes came right out and addressed the issue.

I had some additional palms put into the rear yard and again, without hesitation, called CurbScapes to do the curbing around them. Again it was done promptly, and professionally. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Anyone who hires CurbScapes will not be disappointed.

Ashley arrived as scheduled and took her time to explain the installation process and all options. Openly answered all of our questions and concerns.

Dave and his team of 4 workers arrived at the residence. Reviewed with us what we expected and they proceeded to sod cut as laid out, and installed the Concrete curbing and decorated it per the design that we selected.

When complete they cleaned up all their equipment and all around the house.

Gave me an estimate on the phone. I had used a curb service in Virginia before so I knew what to expect. Thier price was a whole lot cheaper. Set a date. Went by their place and picked a pattern. They arrived as scheduled and did a beautiful job. These are great hard working guys. Will definately be using them again when needed.

I found him by research on internet. He was already scheduled for about a month out. That was ok for us. He explained what would happpen and what the final result should be. All was good, and they left everything in good shape.

They came when promised. Did the job fast and with quality.

Bill was great in both helping with the design of the area and in getting the work done. We were very impressed, as were our neighbors. We are planning to get more done in the very near future.

I was going to put down the big box store type landscape pavers to divide the river rock from the grass. I really wanted the concrete curbing. I had tried to find someone in the Hartsville area to come and give me a price. One day, I went online and found Curbside Appeal. The problem was he was close to 85 miles away. I called anyway. I was on his website, and he discussed what I wanted . He agreed to come to Hartsville and we set the date. Bill was right on time, and the finished product is so pretty. It looks like a large ribbon of brick. You will be pleased with his work. He was right in line on price, and did not charge me to come to Hartsville from Conway.
