The night before company arrived for the holidays, our Jenn-Aire oven stopped working (it was a Thursday). The range top still worked, but the oven quit. Blake was able to come out the same day we called. He had to order the part (not cheap), but had it and replaced it by Monday, as soon as it came in. We used the barbie and stove top to cook for the company, but the oven works good as new now. I have also called Blake for ice-maker repair. Blake is personable, knowledgeable, capable, professional and prompt. And his prices are resonable. While I hope my appliances don't continue to break, I will call Blake in a minute. I have also recommended him to all of my friends.
