CAROLINA GLASS & MIRROR

We contacted Carolina Glass to replace 2 windows on our oceanfront condo. If you want someone that will communicate and do the work promptly, this is not your choice. They supposedly ordered the 2 panes of glass on 1/25. I called many, many times. If you call the office, they lady will not call you back. The owner is not much better. They only time that the lady in the called me back was to tell me the workers were on their way. They were already in my bedroom and had removed the glass by the time that she called. This was not scheduled and I just happened to be at home. They broke one of the panes(the one that did not need replacing). The two that they did replace are leaking. This was Dec 13th. I called the office on Jan 3rd and was told that the glass was there and they would call me back the first of the week to schedule. When I had not heard from them by the next Thursday, Jan 10, I called the owner. He assured me that the glass was in and he just needed a few minutes to check the schedule on Friday to see if he could install it them. This was 4:11 pm on Jan 10th. It is now Wednesday, Jan 16th, I have not had a return call. I am in the process of searching for another glass vendor to replace the one pane that needs replacing and to seal the leak in the two panes that they did install. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.
