Carolina Bathtub Repair

Scheduled Rick to do a repair on a cracked fiberglass bathtub. It was easy to schedule the work, was available within a day or two and he followed up the day before arrival to confirm the appointment. On the day of the job, he arrived on-time, did a fantastic job and left the work area impeccably clean. The repair itself is flawless- absolutely perfect work. I would hire again in a heartbeat! In the Myrtle Beach area, excellent contractors are far and few between, you can rest assured that Rick will do a great job.

I originally had them out on 10/30/06 and they repaired a crack in my bathtub. It has been 8 years and I called them to see if they could come back out and repair my tub again, they are only supposed to have a five year warranty, but when Richard came out he repaired this crack for free. He said he still feels that this should still be under warranty. I was very impressed with his customer service, especially after 8 years. He was very prompt and on time. He also gave us advice on people to call for other work we needed done.
