Eric Rhoton, Sales Rep. worked with my insurance company. Insurance Adjuster met with Eric, looked over the roof and insurance adjuster approved the full repair of our roof. Eric came back and went over the estimate from insurance company, and we chose the style of shingles. Once the weather cleared his roofing team arrived and worked two days replacing the roof. The workers did a GREAT job. They cleaned up and were very professional. Eric came back to complete final paperwork for insurance company. We received parcel payment from the insurance to complete the replacement of shingles and then Eric came back to have us sign a approval form to receive the remainder of the money from the insurance company. In the end we only spent $500.00 for a new roof. We provided Eric with a list of referrals which in turn reduced our deductible payment to $500.00. We were extremely pleased with the workmanship, and at no time did we feel pressured by Eric. I would highly recommend A-1 Roofing and Siding.

He came out and sealed our whole roof. He came out immediately. He sealed the singles and the roofing nails as well. He also sealed around the flashing, etc. I highly recommend him.
