Plumbing
I was in Lowe's to buy parts to fix a water line that was attached to an outside faucet. Met Kevin and he helped suggest parts to fix the problem. He gave me a card and I asked if he could fix the problem. His answer was "yes" even though it was a Saturday afternoon. I bought the parts and within 30 minutes Kevin was at my house working on the repair. In less than an hour he had the water pipe under the house repaired (and put in a shut off valve on the line). He then replaced the outside faucet and even attached it to the brick so it would not pull off again.
