Yip Premier Real Estate

We were buying a house in Columbia SC, Karen and her team made this process smooth and pleasant. We are out of town buyers, love the video walkthroughs really saved us a lot of time.

We had the great good fortune to use Karen Yip as our realtor when we decided to move here last year.  While we were house hunting here, we were simultaneously selling our home in New England.  It could have been an extremely difficult time for us, but Karen made it an enjoyable adventure.
She made YouTube videos of houses she thought we would like so we had a very clear idea of what we'd be seeing when we got here, and she has a well-honed professional insight; she showed us what we said we wanted but also what experience taught her that we may like that we didn't KNOW we would like.  
We flew down a couple of times to see houses and the biggest problem we had was choosing between two we loved on sight.

Although we've been here nearly a year, when I needed help with some contractor issues recently, Karen was (as always) ready with incomparable professionalism and insider information that you just can't get on your own.
She knows the City, builders and contractors in every field, she keeps her lists current and she has very, very high standards.
And she's entirely charming!
