We weren't very satisfied with them. They wouldn't move furniture or anything, they just cleaned. Normally, when they cleaned the carpet, they would move the furniture too.

The service technicians arrived on time and went right to work. They were friendly and courteous. They asked me if I was satisfied with what they had done...the basement floor was wet I could only see a portion of the floor from the stairs. Several hrs. later I checked and found areas that were not waxed...no big deal, I would call and ask the technicians to return and rectify the missed areas. Today is May 6th, 2015 and after emails and several calls to the office nothing has been done....the gal in the office even assured me that the owner would give me a call back. I even asked that they bring me some of the wax they used so I could finish the job myself...no response.
My recommendation is to find a company that stands by there work and is focused on giving the customer what they paid for.
 

They were reasonable priced. They were on time and they were thorough. The furniture was slightly dump but like they said it did dry within 2 hours and I liked that they took the carpets away to clean and dry and then bring back. I would recommend them. The cleaned and they did cat urine treatment and the same time and it worked so I was pleased. They were fast and efficient.

Whitehall Carpet Cleaners provide excellent carpet care and cleaning services. They are punctual and timely in addition to being able to schedule services with ease. They always do a great job and leave no mess. I am very satisfied with the cleaning job and they also clean furniture as well! I will definitely be using them again and highly recommend them!

I have cream colored furniture and carpet and they looked fantastic afterwards!

What I appreciated about Whitehall Cleaners was they communicated with me about any problems with the larger rug. There was no surprises, truth in what they could do and choices to be made by me. I would recommend them for honest, professional service.

They did a great job. We have been using them for about 12-15 years and they do excellent. They have always been new houses for us. They did a great job as usual.

Best carpet cleaners I have used to date. A little more expensive than their competitors but they did a very thorough job including lifting and cleaning under furniture.

Two gentlemen arrived with a truck and attached hose. The carpet was soaked with the cleaning solution and I had to ask for theadditional services. They were not happy about the additional services I requested and they did a half a** job. They
were in and out cleaningb the rug and it wasn't long before it was dirtier than before.

Whitehall Carpets did an excellent and thorough job on each item. I was very pleased when they called to see if they could come early.

They are very nice and do a great job. They are quick to come out when you call them and I will continue to use their service.

The cleaners (two young men) were professional and friendly. They were careful with my furniture and gave me tips on how to keep my carpet looking good. The service went much more quickly than I thought it would. I'll definitely use this company again.
