It was quoted as a one day remodel. On the agreed upon day I received a phone call 20 minutes before they were supposed to arrive saying that they would not make it that day. I rescheduled for the following day. The workmanship of the tech who came was so bad that it took four different crews a total of five days to finally get everything fixed. Now only four months after completion the caulking has turned brown. Poor workmanship and poor quality materials. Don't waste your time or money by calling West Shore Homes.
