Excellent! I called and left a v-mail for Mr. Whaley and he returned my call within minutes. He was in the general area and came right over. I called him for a quote on a new A/C system - when he got here, he immediatedly started to troubleshoot my existing system and got it up and running. He encouraged me to let it run 'til it dies (I was completely onboard with that one!) He also told me he would get me a quote for a new system if I do end up needing one. I showed him the systems that I had already been quoted on and he encouraged me to look at less expensive options. When he left, he refused any payment saying that he came out to sell me a system, which I didn't need, and that he doesn't charge for that! Mr. Whaley seems like he is very hardworking and above all honest and interested in what is best for the customer, not just for his own poctet. I will definitely call him for all of my future A/C needs as I feel that he will always give me honest advice.

Wonderfully. Unfortunately, we bought a newer house that had a HVAC system that was disastrous. We called several HVAC technicians to fix the system (as the technician who installed did a "horrendous" job. I had several estimates to try to correct the multiple problems and Willie's estimate was far below the others and performed several additional tasks. He was timely on his start and completion time. Did a wonderful job as seen by our much lower bills and much improved system output.
