Long story short: New roof leaked after 3 years. We called the company and was told there was a 5 yr warranty for new roofs. They scheduled the repair date via their salesman, Alex, and then called us the day before to cancel the repair and said they would not honor the warranty. Unfortunately, I was never able to discuss this with one of the owners (builders recommendation) because they never returned my call. So disappointing to learn this from a company we thought was reputable. However, we did hear that these were not the original owners.

A Watts sales associate saw my roof from the road and said he thought I had damage. We met with the Adjuster the next business day and within 1 week, I had a new roof. The sales associate, Gary Taylor, had the knowledge to prove to the Adjuster that the damage was there. We are thankful for what he has done for our family. His crew worked 12 hours straight to get the old off and the new on. they cleaned up as well. I would highly recommend their service!!

They were prompt, polite and neat. They started when they said and finished on time. We've had no issues with the roof, even in light of the significant rainfall this year so far.

Once we accepted Chris' company, he came out a few days later with samples of roofing tiles and colors for us to pick out what we would like.  The following Monday his crew and he showed up promptly at 7:30 am and began working. Chris introduced me to the head crew member, checked their supplies and equipment, and left.  He came back a few times to check on the work and materials.  They finished with occasional rain showers in the afternoon, cleaned up, and were gone around 5:00 pm.  Chris said he would come by the next day for a final inspection of the work and the invoice.
