Kept people in my house but did not keep could care of my property. Their management rates are way higher then the rest. I stayed with them cause I was out of the state and could not interview someone new. When maintenance was done on AC they did not make sure it was done right and did not hold the company they hired responsible to fix what I paid for. They charge 10 percent of rent month to month and 50% of rent on initial contract signing.

They were awful! They lied so much and waited three years to add bogus charges to my credit profile.

We recently found a home we super loved for rent that this company was showing. They told us it was available and to apply there would be a 50$ per person charge for application, which would come out for us to be 150$ since we are also taking care of our retired, disabled father.  We then found out right before we were going to give them this non-refundable amount that they had done my cousins and a few friends pretty dirty with this "scam" by taking this money and already having it rented or just picking out another application instead without returning money. So we looked deeper and found that the home was already rented out a week before!!! They actually told us a lie and when we tried to contact them, they deleted our comments on their Facebook. Really shameful way to run a business scamming people out of money, especially a lot of people who are already struggling.  I know firsthand, along with other people I know personally who I have urged to write a review to warn others, that this company is running some sort of scam. I will be reporting this to the BBB just as soon as I can get time out of my life raising two daughters, one with a disability and a father who is also disabled. Thanks a lot! So glad we were smart enough to do some research first.
