Trapp damaged my neighbor's fence and will not respond to repair or pay the neighbor and has avoided answering my calls and text. I was very disappointment of this lack of response. He or anyone from his company has taken the time to contact the harmed party and has not honored his promise to remedy the problem.

i was told by owner Pierre Trapp that he wanted to get in and out of a job quickly and efficiently. This is what happened. One of the the two trees was in a precarious position and I wasn't sure how they would do it. Their solution seemed to work great. They took down two large trees, ground two stumps and completely cleaned the yard in just over two three hours. I felt the price was very fair given the task at hand. No doubt I will call on them again for any tree removal.

Very well. Crew arrived around 08:30AM had job completed by 10:00AM. Reason for B on responsiveness and punctuality: Job was originally scheduled for Sunday evening, but was not completed until Monday morning due to another job taking longer than expected.
