I hired another Realtor who just put it in the MLS. it didn’t sell in 6 months. Then I called Margaret-Ann. She hired a professional photographer, promoted it to other agents, put it on the internet, newspapers, sent direct mail. The flyers in the house was so well done that the buyers were impressed with the house. More showings, two offers, one full price contract. She gave us great advice, and we were in the new house 6 weeks after we hired her. I can’t say enough!
