Window Service
It took them two months to do the work. They were a poor company to deal with. You'd call and they'd never call you back. They were a very unsatisfactory commpany to work with. The subcontractor they used did wonderful work, they were just at the mercy of MacDonald. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I'm happy with the windows and the installers were great. But - the overall process hasn't been too good. The salesman was not willing to negotiate on price at all (though the company owner did eventually work with me). We are supposed to be getting French doors too, but have been waiting two months so far.
