Matt's great. This was the third time we've had him do computer work. The first time, he retrieved nearly all files from a dead computer after three other technicians had declared it impossible. He listens to the problems and troubleshoots patiently. He fixes what's broken, or knows when it can't be fixed, and he doesn't make any changes to the computer setup without checking with us first. (I hate it when a technician rearranges my desktop, or resets screen resolution, or changes the launchpad, or "fixes" other things that aren't broken)!
