Superior Plumbing & Gas

I’m a travel nurse currently working in Maine. I own a home in Columbia, SC and contacted this company to repair a gas valve for my oven. They did not show up to the first appointment so I called them back to schedule a new appointment. They finally came out and billed me 125$ for fixing a “clogged toilet” that my renter says was never clogged. I contacted the secretary back and she apologized and we scheduled a new appointment. She said the amount I paid would be applied to the gas valve. They never showed up to the next appointment. I then spoke with a manager who said they were not going to refund my money or apply it to the gas valve. Now the company is refusing to answer my calls. This has been a nightmare and my oven still isn’t fixed after 3 weeks. Can someone please reach out to me? I have proof that I contacted your company about a gas valve and not a toilet.

Superior repaired and set up an existing gas log set . The tech checked all connections and reset the logs. Was on time, friendly and professional.

They are very reliable and professional. It took one guy one day to complete the service.

It went really well and I would use them again. They were very professional. They came in and they were on time and explained everything they were gonna to do for me from beginning to end so made it a whole lot simple when they got it set up for me. I've seen their name pop up on Angie's List. They solved the problem.

I cannot speak highly enough of the speed, courtesy, and professionalism of this company. I phoned in the morning, and the plumber was out that afternoon to unclog the sewer line, even though I was a new customer. Everything has worked fine since. I'm definitely a fan!

It was really good. The guy came in and my ice machine had quit working on my refrigerator. What it happen is whom ever had connected it underneath the house had put it to the hot water one. We didn't know about it and the guy told me that we got hot water coming up when he went underneath the house. He gave me a bill for like 120$ and I wrote a check for 120$ and when I look at the bill, he quoted me 125$ so I sent him an extra 5$. It was a good deal for what all he did. I like his promptness and honesty.

They arrived on time and ended up having to go under the house to finish removing the work. They came the same day we called and worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done.

Work was done on time and priced fairly.

The technician from Superior Plumbing was on time and very professional. They were also extremely helpful when I called in getting someone dispatched immediately. They followed up after the call with a telephone call to make sure everything was ok and that the plumber had cleaned up behind himself.
