We've been using Summit for about 4 months. They seemed to forget us for a few weeks in July, but when we started service again, we contracted for them to come out once a week alternating lawn and garden maintenance. Whatever the reason, they showed up a day early or a day late or, for the last 3 weeks, not at all and never called or returned my calls. They never did get to the shrubbery or burned out patches of lawn.
I have had to hire another firm.
Very disappointing because they're nice guys, but this is their business and we're answerable to the HOA. The HOA doesn't want to hear 'they didn't show up' 'again'.

Mr. Miller's team arrived mid-morning and went through the entire yard clearing away windfall detritus, edging the lawn and garden areas, mowing and deadheading. A superb job.
Friendly, pleasant and entirely reliable, I strongly recommend them!
I am not afraid to criticize where it is due. I am just reporting the facts here. I don't know Mr. Miller, had never met him, we don't go to the same church, I have only been in town for a week, and I don't even know anyone who knows him with the exception of the local real estate agent, Karen Yip who originally recommended him.

He is very trustworthy and has done the best job out of all the lawn care companies we have hired over the last 10 years. He is very dependable and comes when he says he will.
