For the past 7 years, this property management company has taken care of a small investment property that I own. They are able to find tenants to keep the unit rented, and their fees and rates are fair. I appreciate that they keep me informed of any maintenance or repairs, and they either find someone to address them or will give me suggestions for having things taken care of. This company's owners are honest and demonstrate professionalism and integrity at all times. Jesse is a real estate professional as well, so if I ever need to sell or buy a home, I will absolutely choose him as my agent. Based on the work and services that they've provided all these years, I'm confident that he would do outstanding work as an agent as well. I am very glad that I found this company, and if I highly recommend them. I would advise everyone I know to at least speak with them to see what they can offer before you commit to working with another company.

Jesse was our property manager for 6 years, and he gave us stellar service. Always very responsive and we never went more than a 3 weeks without tenants in that 6 year period. We then used him as our Realtor and we sold our house within a month of listing and got our asking price. I definitely recommend him.

Jesse has done extremely well with our rentals. We have worked with him for over two years. He does a lovely job finding tenants. He is quick and timely with texting or phone calls. He is fair and motivated. We have moved all of our properties to him over the years.

They could improve in better organizational skills, to hiring more staff and to meet the needs of all clients. My property was not managed appropriately. There was no follow up when my tenant called about repairs there was no follow up to make sure that repairs were completed. Management did not adhear to the rental agreement.

I gave them a call and the same day they came out to go over my home and the contract. The next day the contract was signed and a sign put up in my yard, within 15 minutes we got a call someone wanted to look at the house and it was rented the next week. We couldn't have ask for better service or Property Management.

I have a rental home that is being managed by Jesse's property  management company. He has been able to find suitable tenants very  quickly during each lease period. Jesse is quite knowledgeable of  property management and leasing matters. I can recall that I have consulted with him when trying to locate services that weren't directly related to the property he is currently managing (I needed some furniture moved), and he was willing to direct me to someone for help, even though that was not what he wass being paid to do.
Jesse is courteous and  professional, and he responds to all concerns in a prompt fashion. If  any repairs are needed or or issues arise with the rental property, he  notifies me quickly of the situations and addresses them or gives me  guidance for settling the matters. He has great property management expertise and thoroughly  responds to all questions and concerns. I recall that during a quite stressful, emergency situation that recently occurred at the rental property, he maintained professionalism and facilitated communication to assure that both the tenant and I were taken care of. I especially appreciate and admire that he conducts business in an HONEST and ETHICAL fashion. I highly recommend him!!
