Excellent customer service.  I'm glad to have the opportunity to let them know how impressed I was with the whole transaction.  Keep up the good work.  I'd make the 130 mile round trip again if I need more plexiglass!

They were recommended by my insurance agent (says that he won't use or recommend anyone else). They were very courteous, even gave me a ride to work while they worked on my car. The first guys that replaced the windshield seemed okay. They came out and replaced the windshield and then a couple days later it rained and i had a horrible leak around the top of the windshield. They came back out and tried to hack a fix by shooting glue where they thought it was leaking. The patch looked horrible and guess what, it leaked again while i was washing my car. I got fed up and called my insurance company. They didn't pay the first guys and sent me to Souther Glass. They did a great job! Now I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

I was greeted at the service counter very rudely. I turned to leave and Danielle Mc Cowan, The other service rep. asked to help. She was very nice and everything from that point thru installation was spot on. My only other concern is I requested a PPG windshield [same as in car] be installed and the work order indicates a PPG windshield was installed . The fact is they installed a PGW windshield [MADE IN CHINA]. Not Happy!

Tech called before he showed up. Was very polite and explained entire process then replaced windshield. After installation I noticed that the windshield was asymmetrical, called Southern Glass and they came out to look. They thought the windshield could be defective, but it turned out that the Corolla windshield is actually just manufactured that way. Southern Glass went out of their way to ensure I was satisfied, I am very pleased with them.

I called our insurance company about a hole in our windshield and they gave me the name of several companies and I chose Southern Glass. They connected us immediately to them and we set up an appointment. They sent Stacy out and he fixed it right at our house. He was on time and very polite and professional. He even fixed our mirror that had fallen off. The whole experience was great.
