Horrible company to deal with.  Most of us are in patio homes with only two adults residing in the home.  Many of us have had to replace the flooring already.  Complaints brought on accusations of abuse to the flooring and/or critizism from the owner at that time.

Installers had no idea what they were doing...installed wood flooring without underlayment on concrete slab. Did not level floor under install which left bumps and loose spots...floor squeaks. In some spots they drove wood finishing nails through the floor and expected them to penetrate and hold in concrete(!?) Damage the baseboard trim and refused to do anything more than retack it to the wall. All around awful experience. Never again!

The absolute worst experience from beginning to, well it's still not over. After we paid a 50% deposit on some hardwood laminates we listened to a month's worth of excuses and had to pay a visit to their office before our flooring finally arrived. The installation appeared to be done pretty well at first except for a few issues. As the salesman came by to collect the rest of the money, he himself noted that the molding between the floor and the wall had been destroyed in three different locations and they would be back Monday to fix it since it was 5 p.m. on Friday and they did not have the supplies to fix the problem right then. After they left with the rest of their money we noticed molding that had just been installed was not even attached to the floor. It was just laid on top of the hardwoods. Other sections are coming up also where they were not nailed down properly. After two weeks of phone calls by us and excuses by the owner, no one has been back to fix the existing issues. If I can't even get the initial problems fixed that were caused by improper installation, how is the lifetime warranty on the installation going to work out. Very bad experience. After the third week of calling them, the installer came out to fix all existing issues.
