Their work is exceptional. Our carpets had been cleaned before we moved into the house by another provider. We never realized how dull and dirty they really were until the team from Sincerely Yours cleaned them. They are now bright, clean and look like new. Our rugs had not been cleaned in years and had many stains and some pet accidents. They cleaned the rugs at their facility. They removed all the smells, got out all the spots (except one that they told us beforehand they couldn't completely remove, yet they did removed most of it), and the rugs are bright and smell great again. I really considered throwing the rugs away, but am so happy I let Sincerely Yours clean them. They are like new. We even had them clean an Oriental rug that was purchased out of the country. They were experts in dealing with the fragile material. I will never use another company to do any of my carpet, rug, or upholstery cleaning. They came on time, charged me the price quoted to me over the phone, and were knowledgeable and professional.

I strongly recommend them for any carpet cleaning for any residence. They are really good. They put cups underneath the future while it drys to there are no marks. They are always on time. They schedule you to your desire. There is a person who answers, no messages. They call ahead of time and remind you when they are coming. There workers are very professional and committed to their jobs. If you tell them what kind of spill it is they will take care of it.

I received a call on my cell phone from my husband that the backyard and the inside of our home were flooded with water. It was a school night, and my son and I were in the car on the way home from his violin practice. I was in a panic and immediately called the Lindemann's, Sharon and Jeff, owners of Sincerely Yours, smoke and water restoration services. I had met them at church, and not thinking, called them at their home instead of their emergency business phone number. I apologized and Mrs. Lindemann said think nothing of it, took my information, and had a water restoration team at our home in less than an hour.
This was messy, filthy work in very hot weather. The back half of our home was completely flooded by a burst pipe originating in the master bathroom. The house was not only inches deep in water but filled with breath-taking humidity with which the the air conditioning could not begin to compete. The restoration team was prompt, cheerful and courteous and seem to understand better than we did, the emotional toll this disaster was about unfurl upon us for weeks to come. They diagnosed the problem, brought in pumps and heaters and immediately went to work getting the mess under control while being very careful and respectful of our property, damaged or not, and moved ALL of are belongings to the dry, and safer end of home. They were careful not to contribute to the mess by putting down tarps and respectfully relocating everything from the flooded area.
The team worked in our home for several days and became like members of our family as we got to know them on a first name basis. Chris, was amazing and the standout among the team. I came to trust his judgement on every detail, from diagnosing, documenting and photographing damage to removing and hauling off water damaged sub flooring, wood and sheetrock ensuring that our insurance company would have everything needed to assess a fair and accurate settlement, and ensuring that our home would be fully restored like it was before the disaster.
Jeff and Sharon Lindemann went above and beyond what I would expect from any business by calling and checking on us and the progress of work making sure we were happy with every step of the process. The icing on the cake was a hand written note from Mr. Lindemann that included movie tickets and a gift card for dinner, encouraging our family to take a break away from everything for an evening of entertainment and relaxation on them. Having experienced this dreadful disaster, Sharon and Jeff knew EXACTLY what we were going through. I would NEVER ever use another company but Sincerely Yours, God forbid, something of this nature ever happened in our home again. Our family thanks you Sincerely Yours!!!!

"We are sorry you had an unsatisfactory experience with an employee. In fact, we are very surprised to hear this!! That particular employee has been with Sincerely Yours for over 25 years and has MANY loyal customers who call and request for us to send him. He goes above and beyond for his customers. I can assure you that if this was a reoccurring problem, he certainly would not be working for us as long as he has. We have spoken with him about it and do sincerely apologize for any attitude that you felt he had. As far as moving of furniture, Our base price does include the moving of smaller, lighter pieces of furniture but if larger pieces such as beds and dressers are needed to be moved, we would need to know that in advance so we could send out a helper. If we would be sending out an additional person for that job, there would be an additional charge to move large items. Regarding the statement that your carpet was damp at 9:00 pm, about 5 hours had lapsed since the carpet was cleaned. The Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) that writes standards and procedures for our industry states a target of 6-8 hours for carpet to be dry; however there can be extenuating circumstances. Increased drying times can occur based on higher than normal temperatures and humidity in the home. The degree of soiling can also contribute to increased drying times. If you had called us shortly after your experience, we would have been able to help and address your concerns immediately. We pride ourselves on our customer service, our quality of work and we stand behind our work 100% but, if we do not know of any problems at the time. we cannot correct them."

They were punctual. They arrived on time and were prompt. Unfortunately it was the only good thing I can say about them. After they cleaned it, the carpet looks faded and appeared stained. They offered to reclean it but I said no considering the first results that I got. I would not recommend them.

Whenever we get a "pet" rug in our facility, it goes through a very detailed process to ensure that nothing happens to our clients treasures. Pet urine sometimes can be detrimental to a rug and we use all kinds of precautions to ensure that the rug is not damaged further in the cleaning process. Best experience one could only wish for. Actually decided to call them after I checking this website, and reading the reviews and reports. Called, first telling them I got their name from Angie's List (those two words works wonders these days!). Susan was professional, courteous and friendly. After getting the approximate rug size, she told me price up front (they were running a special), pick up and delivery schedules, how long they would have it, etc. I also feel she made the and quot;dealand quot; work for me when maybe I didn't qualify, but I'm not going to argue! We set up the pick up appt - and get this, the guy was EARLY (yes I said early). He pulled in my driveway and since it was before the appointed time, he sat in the truck waiting until the time. I finally went out and got him! He picked up that big ole rug like it weighed nothing, asked if there were any places that needed special attention (there were none) and was gone. 8-10 days later, Susan called to schedule a return time. This time the delivery guy was exactly on time, professional, and scouted out place it would be placed before bringing in the rug. Brought it in, rolled it out and asked me to look it over before I signed off on the receipt. It looked great , I was happy, so I signed and off he went. Fabulous experience and when money is available, will use them again without question. And relieved too - I thought Bistany's was the only place in town that did area rugs, and their service cannot compare to Sincerely Yours. Appreciative thanks to you Susan and crew!

Workmen in our home had put down sticky plastic runners over two of our oriental rugs which left our rugs sticky and tacky. After looking at Angie's List and reading good reviews, I gave "Sincerely Yours" a call. Susan knew exactly what I was describing, and said that they have cleaned several rugs with the same substance. She gave a price over the phone, which was reasonable. We were thrilled to get the rugs back feeling and looking great. They did the job in a timely fashion, and I will certainly use them again in the future.

Took our dining room carpet that had been soiled by 8 years of foot traffic, food spill and three dogs and made it look like new. Did it for less than the estimate, and didn't charge for pick-up or delivery.

They did a good job and it was a reasonable price. They were very courteous, they did it in a reasonable length of time, and they did everything that they said they would do. I had mis-measured the rug in question so the final price ended up being a good bit less expensive than the quote. I don’t have any complaints about them. They were very friendly and professional.
