They were excellent and fixed it in 30 minutes. They were very reasonably priced. They were very polite and professional. They saw what was needed and fixed it so I would not hesitate to use them again.

He did a nice job.  He was concerned about matching the new work with the older shelving because the stain would not match exactly.  Even though it has to "weather-in" the difference is not very noticable and he did a nice job of matching the old with the new.

Everything went extremely well.

Finished on time and under budget. Have been using Jim's services since he started his business. We have recommended him to many people!

Mr. Pool is very clean and neat in appearance. His speech and the way he conducts himself overall is very professional. He submitted me drawings of what I wanted done with estimates via e-mail. I have not had to worry about anything because all of the equipment, materials and supplies have been provided by him. He is extremely punctual and his prices are extremely reasonable. His work is truly super!! I highly recommend him. The cost listed above is for everything he has done thus far. It does not include the outdoor patio.

Mr. Poole is a very reliable handyman. He gives fair estimates, sticks with his price, and updates you regarding progress on the work. He makes sure you are pleased with the job before billing you. This is the third time he has completed projects for us, and I will definitely call on him again.

It went well. Jim is quiet, unobtrusive, and helpful. No problems. He works alone, so don't expect a job to be completed quickly. But he is worth the wait.
