Seawright Solutions

Seawright Solutions did a marvelous job of replacing our 15 yr old roof. We now have architectural shingles and great peace of mind. This is the company that should be performing your roofing job too.

On 8/27/18, I had my roof replaced by Seawright Solutions and although they did a decent job, I probably should have followed my first instinct and went with another company. There are many roofing companies in Columbia, many who would do a great job at a fair price AND ensure that their customers receive the professionalism and respect they deserve. Unfortunately, in my case, Seawright Solutions was not that company. Whether spending one dollar or thousands on a project, if you are the kind of person that expects good customer service, professional business practices, and respect as a buyer, you may want to consider working with another company. A company is only as good as it's owner and I must say that the owner of Seawright Solutions has very little concern, care or respect for those that support his business, his customers! I have never written a bad review yet I truly felt that I had to share my experience for the benefit of others. Although, at this point, I have no problems with the roof work that was done, Mr. Brennan’s unprofessional business practices, which includes altered proposals, an unclear cancellation policy, deficient customer communication, and inadequate work site supervision, clean-up and job completion procedures, along with his lack of concern for expressed customer dissatisfaction, in my opinion, should cause one to give thought before working with this company. Again, this was my unfortunate experience, I pray that yours would be different!

Professional and addressed all my roof needs thanks again

It started out well enough, as Wright Brennan was very responsive and came to my house when the insurance adjuster was there. After I signed the initial contract and paid half the total up front, things went down in a hurry. Wright subcontracts out for everything and obviously has very poor communication or relationships with his subcontractors. I was told on at least 3 occasions that the roofers would be coming out that day, but they never showed up. I heard all kinds of excuses including they got lost, he couldn't get in touch with them, they were scared they were going to get in trouble so they left. When they did finally come out they pulled a large trash trailer across my front yard leaving huge ruts and tearing up my lawn (Wright will be paying to have this resodded). Wright states that they were not supposed to take the trailer off the paved driveway without asking him first but apparently they didn't do this. The roofers reshingled a section of roof that they were not supposed to and also did not do the flashing on a section. I am still waiting on this to be completed. I have had similar issues with Wright's trim people. I was told on a few occasions that they would be coming out, and they never showed up. When they did come out, they did a poor job on parts, and they had to come back out. Throughout this process Wright has texted me on several occasions to tell me people were on there way, and they never showed up. The best way to get in contact with Wright is via text messaging, as he does not respond to voice mails once you sign a contract in my experience. Leftover roofing materials were left in my driveway for over a week, and I am still waiting for the rest of the materials to be removed. After we told Wright we were filing a formal complaint with the BBB, he hired a secretary, Jessica, who has called us on a few occasions, but things are still not getting done when we are told they will. I hope Wright can learn from this experience so other customers do not have to go through this.

Sam arrived exactly on time and was very professional. He answered all my questions, evaluated the damage, and repaired the roof. He checked the siding and found no water damage, only peeling paint. He said there was no need to replace the siding, and I appreciated his honesty. He even suggested a reliable painter. I would definitely use Seawright again for any future roofing needs.

They did an excellent job on the entire project.

Extremely well. Quality of work, cost and communications were great! Left the yard clean and followed up a few days later ensure everything was done to their standards. I would not hesitate to use them again. Great job guys!!

I hired on low bid contractor first, who subbed the job to his brother. Seawright came in and started from scratch & gave me a quality roof, timely & at a great price though it was reflective of the good quality & not the bottom of the barrel, “crap” price.

Wright was punctual with the initial visit & estimate, as well as with the actual service. He and his team replaced my roof in one day! Not only was he efficient, but he provided quality work that I continue to be pleased with. I would/do recommend him to anyone.

Excellent. Exceeded expectations. A hail storm hit our neighborhood, and several different companies assisted the residents of our neighborhood with insurance claims and repairs for damaged roof issues. Seawright handled the two roof projects that look the best in my neighborhood, in my opinion (mine and a neighbor's). I'm a single homeowner who had never file an insurance claim before (it's my first house), and I felt I could trust Seawright personnel to guide me through the whole process and answer my questions. It was wonderful to work with a local business rather than a traveling business that goes to areas that are hit with storms. If I ever have a problem with my roof, I know I can follow up with Seawright's personnel in SC and get the help I need ASAP. I would absolutely hire Seawright again.

The project went as planned and promised. Owner and crew was responsive and professional and friendly. They finished job on time.
Showed up to perform work when promised. Came back to inspect work site after work was completed and followed up several times to make sure we were satisfied and had not found any issues after work was completed.

Seawright Solutions was prompt and professional. They arrived on time and were not pushy. After finding the source of a roof leak we have had since October they were very upfront with our options, time frame, and cost. These guys are friendly and don't try to oversell. Very pleasant to work with, and I would recommend them to anyone in need of roof work or their other services.
