Seacoast Renovation Systems works hard to make customers happy. We have the knowledge, tools, and man power to complete any job we accept. I do not hire people that I would not trust being around my own family or working on my house. Honesty is key with me and all of my employees. I give a 2 year workmanship warranty with all work completed that a warranty can apply. I have a wife and 4 children that my world revolves around. If I do not do good work then I will cease to get work and I will not be able to feed my family. I treat all my customers like they are family if they allow it. I check in with my customers daily on jobs that I am working on to ensure there are no problems with the work we are performing or with any of my employees. We follow the warranty guidelines on all products that we apply in case there is a problem with the product we are using. This way there are no questions if the product is default. The company we get the product from will have to back up their warranty. I submit detailed proposals on all worked checked and will not sign off on any work until the customer and I are in complete understanding of what is to happen on the job that the proposal refers to. We can do any carpentry work. We can do tile, hardwood, carpet, laminate, lanolium and other kinds of floors. NO job is too small or too big for us to take on. If for some reason I do not feel comfortable doing a job I will let the homeowner know before we get too far into negotiations. We do minor electrical work and we do all plumbing work. We can build additions or buildings. We can roof your home in any kind of roof you wish to have installed. We do a lot of painting, exterior and interior. We pressure wash and clean the out side of the house on every exterior paint job we do. We will do the same if needed for customers even if they do not want to paint. I have over 10 years experience roofing and 20 years doing home improvement. When i was growing up my step dad owned 22 properties so i spent alot of time helping him repair and keep up his properties. That is where alot of my knowledge comes from. I offer refrences on any job that i price. I do carry workmans comp. insurance and comercial liability. I have a state license and bond. I do have skilled carpenters, sheetrock guys, electrician, roofers, flooring guys, wall paper guys and guys with the ability to do much much more. We will work on anything from a shed or mobile home to a house or comercial building. I am easy to contact and if for some reason i dont get your call if you leave a message i will return your call as promptly as possible. I am familiar with all of the work that we do. Other things that we do are appliance installation, roof cleaning, some yard work, paver patios, paver walkways, window and door installations and more.
