Jim was great, highly professional.

Showed up on time, called before he came. Replaced the broken antenna strap, removed the old rotor and installed RG 6 coax cables and aimed the antenna for best reception. Jim was an amiable person easy to work with and set every thing the way I wanted it.

Jim was great. He was here when he promised, even though we are way out, he worked long hours to figure out our complicated wiring spaghetti and was very concerned about getting us the maximum number of channels from our outdoor antenna. He was very helpful in guiding us to on-line resources for over air service and came back to finish. We were very pleased.
