Safelite AutoGlass provided top-notch service. That came to my home and performed the service in very little time.

Okay, not great. They said I needed new wiper blades. I agreed to have them install a set. I had to get those replaced a couple of months later because they had put cheap blades on that were not working in a very short time. They also messed up on the upholstery at the top of the windshield when they reinstalled the glass. I still have to get that fixed.

AWFUL! I tried them they broke a piece of plastic at the bottom left hand corner or my drivers side windshield; that the window fit in. I did not notice until it rained and my drivers side carpet floor became soaked! It took a while to figure out where the water was coming from. I called them and was told tough luck! What?? Not the same car one year later, and lots of glue on the plastic piece, the cheap glass they used just began to crack from the edge up to the middle of the window. This company is no good!

When I called to inquire into the no-show appointment I was informed of the technician was a no-show to work that day & they were attempting to find other technicians to handle our appointment.  It never worked out for the day we had scheduled & now we are finding a new glass company to deal with.... 

I also made sure to relay to our auto insurance company the situation since insurance was the one to recommend them to us in the first place. 

Eventually everything okay, it took several attempts, they had some, well the installer came out three times before he was able to install the glass, basically he had some requirements that were't listed, weren't clear on the website set the appointment but I think it was stuff about they need to be in a covered space and and then the cover, the garage this little car covering that park the car underneath they said that is wasn't, he didn't have enough clearance. he said I had to reschedule and he just slit. I think the second time he was late to the appointment.

The night before the service I got an email saying it was cancelled. Evidently the technician was out and they expected me to wait another week for service.

Very unprofessional, poor communication, do not use.
