They included "upgrades" in the base pricing and have a detailed selection list for additional reasonable priced upgrades. They worked with us and our time table to allow for us to move into our new home the same day we moved out of our home in Tennessee. They continue to be there for assistance after the purchase and have a generous home warranty. They have employees who seem to take pride in their job and strive to provide a quality home to their buyers.
