The attic conversion took a little longer than anticipated, due largely to a change in design. But the cost ended up less than originally budgeted (added 500 square feet instead of 650). Kitchen remodel went like clockwork. Bottom line: I'm thrilled with the new bedroom and kitchen. Next project is the 1st floor bathroom.
