The grout in the shower is now coming out. I understand that they used a sand grout and according to certain standards that should not have been used. It's cracking now and coming out now about a year to a year and a half after. When we contacted them regarding this they said they used industry standards. Other than that, everything has held up OK. He used subcontractors and they were the one that did the tiling.
