People working the store are great. Very helpful. The prices are good to average. Installers did a good job but left quite a mess. Dust every where might be understandable but the glue all over the new floor was pretty bad.

Salesperson was most helpful and reliable. Installers, after some initial brouhaha about the inclement weather, came on the day they were supposed to start and were punctual every day after that. They worked hard and finished the job ahead of schedule - the projected time was five to seven days; they finished in four. But their attention to detail - puttying cracks and nail holes and the like - left a lot to be desired. Maybe that is to be expected, but I would hope not.
