"Excellence in customer service is something that we strive for on each appraisal assignment and we are certainly disappointed in your review. We appreciate the feedback but did want to respond due some noted inaccuracies within your review comments. Michael was very thorough during his inspection and stayed for 30-45 after the property was inspected to answer additional questions and discuss your concerns about your property. Additionally, he sent the final report 7 calendar days (5 business days) after the inspection which is our normal time frame and the time frame that we discussed during our initial conversation. The letter that we use in the report is a general letter that introduces the reader to the document. We have never had anyone in my 19 years of completing appraisals that had an issue with the letter or its format. After discussing your concerns, Michael agreed to add a supplemental letter to the report. He spoke to you on the morning of 07/03 and I talked to you on the afternoon of 07/03 multiple times. As we indicated , Michael was out of town for the 4th of July holiday beginning that afternoon but as soon as he returned he added an additional supplemental letter and sent this document along with the hard copy requested in the mail. I also left you a message after it was sent to see if there were any additional questions or if I can assist you further.
