I recently purchased a home with a pool - my first pool in over 40 years. The water was cloudy and the filter was not working at 100% efficiency, so I went to Prestige Pools for some help on how to get the filter working and the water cleared up. Larry was extremely helpful and thoughtful in explaining the way that the system should be working and suggested several steps that I should take on my own before scheduling a service call. I bought some supplies and equipment, went throught the recommended steps, and the system was up and running at 100% within a couple of days. I would highly recommend Larry at Prestige Pools.

They were responsive and did the job according to our agreement. They're always available to answer questions; every time I called them they were willing to talk.

Larry was very helpful in choosing a location for our pool, the size of pool. His crew was professional and cleaned up when the job was finished. Larry and his office manager Bea are ALWAYS willing to answer any question with the right advice or hands on assistance. They have everything you need to service the pool in the office.

They workers responded quickly and they were able to stay in the price range that they quoted. The workers were respectful and did a good job getting the work finished in a reasonable amount of time. I will use this company again in the future.

Initially the company repaired and replaced the swimming pool pump for us. Several months later they helped us select a new vinyl liner for the pool and installed it for us. When a pipe began to leak, they came up and replaced it without charge.
