Great! He does what he promises, on time, and with attention to details. We ask him to do things only occasionally. It works well for us, and cheap.

Started out with a bang. He had been working for us for one year, mostly in the summer and fall months. He was punctual and hard working. He would do anything we asked him to do for us. Then things began to change this year. We agreed on service every two weeks but he might show up every three to four weeks. This caused our yard to look unkempt for the entire summer. We never received a call as to when he would be coming by so this totally negated our agreement. He never bothered to call and explain why he had not shown up at the previously scheduled time. It was left up to us to contact him. This became the norm and very frustrating as homeowners who actually care about the appearance of their property. The last two visits, he did the bare minimum at best. He cut the grass and blew off the sidewalk and driveway but totally quit edging. He would forget to do something every time he came and we would have to continually remind him of things he had agreed to do. This too became frustrating. When he was told we would no longer need his services, he replied nonchalantly, and quot;Ok I understandand quot;. He never asked why. I guess he already knew he had not been doing right by us. This was very disappointing because we really thought he was a nice guy and we always tried to be understanding when things weren't up to par. He was just starting out and we even tried to give leads on new customers. He was disappointing there too.
