Recently, my husband and I bought a house that had been vacant for more than two years.  The pool had not been maintained during that time.  Needless to say, it was more accurately described as a pond than a pool.  It came complete with snakes, frogs, turtles, and tons of debris and sand littering the bottom.  Several services that we called were not even willing to take on the task of cleaning it up.  Not only did Pool Patrol willingly take it on, they did an amazing job!  Several crews visited our house on various days over several weeks repairing the pump, fishing out all kinds of unmentionables, vacuuming, scrubbing, shocking, etc.  I am happy to report that we enjoyed our first "pool day" this past weekend.  Each crew that came to our house was friendly, efficient, and professional.  They answered our questions patiently (we are pool newbies), and took in stride the snake that welcomed them by the pump and our dogs that barked loudly at them every time they pulled into the driveway.  Additionally, the staff at the main office was always friendly and helpful when I called as well.  We have already contracted with them to maintain the pool for us, so I will definitely be using them again.

The weekly maintenance service was fine....Marshanna did a good job, was very conscientious. However, on April 30, 2014 I received a letter from Pool Patrol informing me that my pool service was being terminated effective immediately...no explanation, no apology. I called their office to find out why, since I had always paid my bill on time, and was curtly told that they were no longer servicing my area. I asked why I wasn't given at least a couple week's notice to have time to find a new service and was told it was a corporate decision, again no apology, no thanks for your business. Very poor customer service, total lack of customer appreciation.

I have always been very pleased with Pool Patrol services. Work is always performed with high quality on a timely basis. Costs are reasonable. After completing the work, they always call to let me know how the job went, what they saw, recommendations for what I could/should do differently in terms of maintenance.

They are excellent. We had someone else before but these people are exceptional. We had a problem in our pool with algae and they came four times in one week, on different days, and checked the pool and made sure it was clean. They didn't charge any extra, it was all a part of that $150.00. They are just exceptional. They are right here, they bring the chemicals, they give you a report after they clean your pool to let you know what the levels are and they give you any special instructions or any problems that they found. They are just exceptional.

They were very nice, and had done a good job. He also seemed very professional.

Some product purchases were great but the monthly pool service was poor.

The work turned out well and we were very happy.
