We get our car servicing with them. I can't remember if it was a scheduled maintenance. We have multiple cars that get serviced by them. Our cars are not brand new so unfortunately, they do have things that go along with them. We take our cars there both for the scheduled maintenance and if anything is broken. They have knowledgeable staff and a lot cheaper than using the dealership. I give them a B on punctuality although its not necessarily their fault if they had to order a part. They're very professional.

I've used Philips since 1998 and even bought my current BMW (a used 2005 X3) from them. They've always been professional and never performed work that wasn't discussed in detail beforehand. I've asked them to check various things over the years on my BMWs and when the item in question didn't need attention, they've not tried to upsell. Philips has earned my trust and I highly recommend if you own a German car or Lexus that you use them.
