She only got to clean my kitchen before she had to leave for a personal emergency. She used my vacuum cleaner, which was fine. She did a great job. One of the employees got in touch with me after this. I did have problems scheduling.

I was disappointed with the overall cleaning for the contracted price. Cleaners missed items or critical functions that were discussed in the interview prior to contracting. They also used my supplies, when the agreement was that the company would provide all equipment and cleaning supplies. Contracted the owner to discuss my concerns and to renegotiate the price. She requested a few days to discuss with the cleaning staff and has not contacted me again. Very unprofessional!

"[member name removed] is correct. Mistakenly, she was taken off the schedule system while I was to review her e-mail of her concerns. I completely admit that it unprofessional for me failing to get in touch with her. This unfortunate and regretful loss of recollection was due only to the challenging number of changes which inundated me at the same time in which she first contacted me. While this is not an acceptable excuse for failing to get back in touch with her, I hope to have the opportunity to once again at least re-review her home. I have written [member name removed] to take care of this situation. Past reviews of hers and the multitude of reviews we have gotten here on Angie’s List, Google, and other review sites as well as client testimonials shows despite such mistakes we are committed to delivering the best services. The reason I wish to review her home (onsite estimate) is the fact that since she first obtained services with Personal House Cleaner, there were a number of changes both in regards to your Cleaning Specialist (whom has retired from working with us, not due to work quality but rather to attain to some personal matters of hers). While all of our Cleaning Specialists are excellent in their line of work, her original Cleaning Specialist had a great understanding of her needs, desires, and how to best provide the personalized service to her. While I completely understand that in life we sometimes only have one shot, I hope we will have another opportunity to review [member name removed] home and reach reasonable understandings of expectations and services which will be delivered"

Dorothy arrive exactly on time and worked like a Trojan for 8 hours with only a 30 minute break. She did a beautiful job, plus she is a lovely person that I am delighted to have in my home. I recommend her and Personal House Cleaner without reservation.

A lovely lady came out prior to the appointment to access the job and take pictures of some difficult areas. She then called with the estimate. Even though they were a bit higher than another estimate they could work with my schedule and seemed very professional. A lovely young lady came out at the appointed time and began her work. Because of the amount of white tile and dirt on doors and baseboards the job took longer than was estimated. About 3/4 of the way through the girl fell off her ladder and sprained her ankle. We iced it but it was determined that she would not be able to finish. She phoned in and no one was available to come out right away but a couple of hours later the owner and assistant came out to finish the job as soon as they completed the job they were doing . Things don't always turn out as you plan and it did take longer than expected because of the accident but they did an EXCELLENT job. They charged just what the quote was and they were very professional . Yes, I would definitely use them again. When the new owners came the next morning for the walk-through they were so impressed with how clean and beautiful and quot;theirand quot; new home was.

Came to perform the initial cleaning of my home. Was pleased with the service, although there were a few things missed, very nice job for the first time. I am scheduled for monthly cleaning. Would like to have twice a month, but the price was higher than I wanted for bi-monthly. The company was more expensive than others, but the job was well done and the workers bonded and insured.

They did an excellent job. I asked for a followup estimate for ongoing services. Thought it was too high for me. They did do a great job and I would recommend them. Wish I had the funds to continue to use them.

Tashisia Rhoden is professional, organized, and easy to work with. She did a very thorough walk-through of my home, discussing each room and determining my expectation for services in each. She then provided a very professional estimate and worked with me to come to an arrangement we were both satisfied with. The initial cleaning was amazing, and her cleaning specialists have done a wonderful job each time they come (every other week). I especially appreciate the detailed checklist and notes left after each cleaning. Ms. Rhoden is also very accommodating - recently she switched my cleaning day at my request, so my house would be clean when my in-laws came to visit. I highly recommend her and her crew!

I have some concerns. The number one concern is that she didn't secure the windows after cleaning them. I had gaps at the top of 3 or 4 windows. That was not satisfactory. It didn't help secure and it could have let critters or bugs in. I wasn't happy about that. It was a big job, but I don't feel like she handled the job that well. I think her quote was $320.00 and I gave her a tip. She was personable but she wasn't engaging. I had to go to her to ask her if she had any questions. She didn't come to me. She was a little bit shy and reserved. She did an adequate job in terms of the areas that she started with. She seemed to get tired by the end of the day. It was a long day. I felt like had she had someone else working with her, it would have been a better arrangement. I thought it was expensive.

Tashisia Rhoden is one of the most organized and professional people I have run across. She met with me to develop a cleaning plan, and provides a highlighted copy of items she completes every time. I work from home, and on going downstairs one time, I found that she had gotten a stepladder from the garage and was cleaning the fan blades in our cathedral ceilinged living room. Another time, she cleaned and swept the entry outside the front door. She is a gem. She is sweet and friendly, prompt and considerate and approaches the job as a proud professional. She even sends me an email the night before she is scheduled to come as a reminder. Anyone would be happy to have this young lady cleaning for them.
