This is and sorry company. Did an poor job on my vinyl siding an didn't complete the job. Please don't hire them to do nothing on your house. Wasted Money!!!!

Had windows (5) replaced 3 years ago. This year, 2023, the front window fogged up. Called. They came in the Spring, diagnosed a leak at the top of the window and left saying they were ordering a replacement. I have heard {crickets} since about late -May, I believe. I have made countless calls, always getting a recording promising a return call in 24-48 hours. I have receive zero follow-up. My husband is ready to file legal action in small claims to get our money or our window. My advice is to keep looking and don't use this company!

They did not bring all screens for windows, have been trying for almost a year to get them. A receptionist on the phone says she knows where they are, says her supervisor will call me back, he or she never does. Very poor customer service. I made the mistake of telling finance company that job was complete and my screens would be delivered soon. They paid them off and now I am afraid I will never see my screens. If you want your job completed choose another company, this one is unreliable.

The person who came to tell me about the gutters was great, communication from the call center(I am assuming) was good. The installer had the whole family with him, son (child) helping hopefully not major work, I was inside working so I am not sure. At one point someone was sitting in the yard, the next thing I knew I heard the truck pull off. There was no communication that he was done or coming back later. No walkthrough to see if I had any questions or to look at the work. I found a paper left under my mat saying Completion Certificate for property owner that looks like something I should have signed because one thing on it says walk through area with your installer. I did not get a follow up call from them about the work either. This was unprofessional to me and they are supposed to do some other work and I am not sure if I want it done at this point.

BIG MISTAKE hiring the job was so poorly done it all had to be ripped out and redone This only happened after many text , emails and calls. Management could apparently care less about customer service. Still havent heard from them. Took over 2 months to complete what was promised to be a 2 day job.

They responded to my request within 4 days. Demonstrated the quality of the product which is just as they described and gave me a competitive price. They said it might take up to 4 weeks to order the windows when in fact it only took 2-1/2 weeks. 3 employees installed the windows in one day. Very professional, they explained just what they were doing all day long. Took the time to demo the features and answered all my questions. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the product. The thickness of the windows is 3 times thicker than my old windows Guaranteed for life including any breakage. I am impressed. Now to see how much my electric bill goes down.

My husband and I selected Paradise Home Improvement because we were impressed by what appeared to be excellent customer service. We were also told that we would not be obligated to pay until the job was completed to our 100% satisfaction. We were visited in our home by Bradley and David. They did an excellent job of selling us the windows as well as convincing us to get capping for all the windows, since we were only going to replace 4 out of 10 windows. We were told it would take about 8 weeks to make the windows, but to our surprise we got a call 2 1/2 weeks later to say our windows were ready to be installed. Our initial visit was scheduled on 6/12, and our windows were installed on 7/1. However, the only work completed was the replacement of the four windows. The vinyl capping of the other 6 windows and door were not completed. This is when the problems started. I spoke with Bradley on 7/5/2017 and explained the problem. He said he would look into it. I never received a call back. I called him back on 6/13. He said the problem would be taken care of and we would be receiving a call back to schedule a time to come and measure for the capping. Again no call back. I called again on 7/24. This time I called the main office and reported my concerns. I was transferred to the production manager named Sean who said he would look into it and call me back the next day at 10:00 am. No call back. I called the office again on 7/25 Sean was not available. I called again on 7/26, this time Sean said he would have to defer to David and would have to have him call me back. David did call me up on 7/27 stating he did not return any phone calls previously because he did not have the correct client name and phone number. I decide to give him the benefit of the doubt. He reassured me that our work would be completed ASAP, all he had to do was to come over to make sure he gets the color correct for the capping. He stated he would give me a call the next day to set up a time to come by. I took the day off so that I would be home and available for him to come by and see. David never called. I finally asked my husband to take over. He contacted David yesterday 7/31. David told him he did not need to come by , but just order the supplies. When my husband asked about billing, he was told we would not be billed until the job was completed. However, the finance company has already sent us our first bill. Overall our experience has been horrible. I had not looked at the reviews on the website, but now notice that the overall reviews are terrible. I had initially recommended your company to a coworker, but had to take the recommendation back. Overall I would say the customer service is terrible. And your motto that the customer comes first, is very untrue.

In hind site, I should not have done that without having someone inspect the house. When I returned home that day, I realized they had not completed the work. A week later, I had a family member meet with David who agreed at that time that the work was sub par and took several pictures of problem areas. In the following weeks, approximately six weeks, I spoke with several people through the chain of command including the owner who apologized for the poor quality of work and assured me that the work would be completed to my satisfaction. They made several appointments to come out, but never showed and rarely called to apologize and set a new date. I had to call them! I am 71 yrs old and newly widowed and trying to update my house to sell. I feel that I have been taken advantage of because of this. I think that because I have paid them, I am not a top priority and have been put on the back burner.

Worst customer service, ever. Salesman (also the GM of our local branch) wouldn't return calls about questions concerning the installation, never forwarded a copy of the sales contract that was done on the computer, never forwarded a copy of the warranty as requested. Installer had "problem" after "problem" when I was told the price was all inclusive to allow for ANY issue that arose during installation. They ordered the wrong size back wall panel, making our install take over two weeks. I contacted the regional GM, he promised to send the requested documents immediately, 10 days later, still no paperwork and he hasn't returned voicemails either. Do yourself a favor, stay away if you want a stress free installation, it's not worth the extra money. The product is nice, but not worth the headaches.

No communication, it took a while and a lot of calls and complaints but they finally did the job right the second time around, they kept there word and made it right like they said they would do. It was a long process but the finish work is amazing.

Paradise Home Improvement (PHI) does not actually do the work. Rather, after you sign a contract with their salesperson, they will subcontract the work to others. There is nothing wrong with this business model. Many home improvement companies (roofers, lawn maintenance, etc.) do this because the seasonal nature of the work precludes keeping a full-time staff. Our salesperson (Mr. D.K.) stated, however, that PHI employees would do the work (remove and replace shower insert) and that the work could be done in 2 weeks. Mr. D.K. also stated that we could order a new shower door before the new shower was even installed! Not true at all! Also stated that the new shower insert never needed to be caulked because it was thermally sealed at the corners. Not true! After 3 weeks, many un-returned phone calls, and multiple false promises from the salesperson as to when installation would occur, the subs who actually came out and did the work (not PHI) were remarkable craftsman and did a fantastic job! Thanks Adam and crew for your professionalism and creativity! Our advise after you sign a contract with Mr. D.K. in Columbia is to throw away his phone number and contact PHI's installation rep in their Greenville office - the number is listed on their web page. They know when things are going to happen and when your work will be done. "Under promise and over deliver" should be what PHI teaches its salespersons. No need for PHI to over promise because the work that actually gets done by the subs is great and they do over deliver.

The installers are subcontractors and are not affiliated with Paradise. The installers are extremely professional and did an absolute perfect job-which is more than I can say for Mr. Koontz, the General Manager and salesman for this job. Getting this gentleman to return phone calls, follow up on promises (I'll be out to see how the installers are coming along-did not even call) is impossible. Made false representations concerning the product and the work to be done by the installers, (actually the installers being the professionals that Koontz is not went above and beyond to help-did I say the installers were great!) Stay away from this company and their overpriced products. Very unprofessional, do not know what 'service' means. I myself have been in a service business since 1980 and my success is knowing what "service" means. Obviously this company does not know how to spell service.
