They come 4 times per year.   If I have a concern outside the quarterly visits, they come and respray.
We live on the lake and spider webs are always on the deck and they broom them off. 
I had 'sugar ants' in the kitchen.  DIdn't know what they were, but Ron did.  He followed their path to determine where they were coming in.  This was one of those extra visits, as I couldn't wait til the next scheduled treatment for this.  
We have a new guy, Chris, and he is as courteous and thorough as Ron was.  
We have used Palmetto Exterminators since we moved to SC, 4 years ago. 

I LOVE Palmetto Exterminators!!  Their mosquito treatment allows me the enjoyment of gardening and spending time in my yard.  Prior to PE I wouldn't go outside because the mosquitos were quite terrible.  A few minutes in the yard would result in painful, itchy bites on my arms, legs, face, ...  Now I can go outside and enjoy doing yard work, reading, grilling, whatever.  Thank you Palmetto Exterminators!  Oh, one more thing, the staff is extremely polite and professional.  They show up on time, do their work, and leave.  They also make sure to close my back gate of which I am appreciative. 

I will definitely purchase the mosquito treatment package again next year, being the third year in a row.

I am for over 12 years with Palmetto Exterminators, Ron is the representative that takes care of the extermination for over 11 years. He is the most professional I have ever met. I would recommend Palmetto Exterminators because their chemicals really work. Ron is always on time.

We purchased the annual pest control service contract after finding water bugs in our house. They came out within a week and performed services. (This was our preference as we were comparing companies when we made the appointment.) The technician identified the location where the bugs were entering the house and treated the area appropriately. We have not seen any new bugs. We also are not seeing any of the other bugs in and around the house as are usual for our area at this time of the year (spring). The technician was very professional and informative.

This service does not include the yard, so I have found that I have to continue treating the yard and surrounding area to prevent bugs from coming close to the house, but we do this using a spray once a month on our own.

I have been using them since I moved here. I bought a spec house and the builder had used their services and it was included in my closing initially. I continued on with them and they have been great. Their price is very reasonable. They actually told me that I had some water damage from a leaking toilet. They told me twice and I was kind of slacking in getting it done but I've gotten it done now. I can't wait to see what they say when they come back. That wasn't even what they were supposed to do but they were looking for termites. They said that I wasn't going to get termites from the leak but they were letting me know that I needed to get the leak fixed before it caused a lot of damage. I haven't looked into anybody else regarding their price but I think it is reasonable. I will definitely continue to use them.
