DESCRIPTION OF WORK
We got an estimate for some exterior trim repairs and painting. They were thorough and professional, but we decided not to use rhem because the scope of work (and price) exceeded our immediate needs. They were highly recommended by a friend whose judgement I trustt, and I would not hesitate to use rhem if our needs change.

Arrived promptly, kept me informed regarding progress, and stayed with the project until completion. The last job was the window where there were several rotted boards. The vacuum was gone on the window so it was ordered and then replaced. Great workmanship, beautiful appearance, very professional job.

Palmetto Decorators was requested to provide an estimate on refinishing the exterior front door and side panels. A date was scheduled to assess the work to be done. That date passed and the company was called again as no estimate was provided. After several days an estimate was provided by e-mail. The estimate was extremely high - almost five times the estimate of another provider. I went with the lower price after interviewing the provider and checking references. The second provider did an excellent job.

It went very well. I first called the office to set up an appointment for an estimate. Charlie came out to see the work to be done. An estimate was e-mailed. I then called the office to set up a time for the work to be done. I was put on a work order list for the first or second week in June.
