House Cleaning
The carpet was not vacuumed the floors were not mopped and the place was not in great shape. I called the owner to let her know that I needed some other stuff done. She promised that she would come out on Saturday to finish the job, but did not show up by the time promised. She was aware that I am leaving the country soon (the reason I have to turn in my apartment) and that I am working a large number of hours. I asked for a partial refund because I knew I was going to end up doing the rest of the work myself and she refused.

"I did come out to Mrs. [Member name removed] one bedroom and one bathroom apartment to resolve the matter she had with my company. I told her I would be out to her between 12-1 which I did arrive at 12:40 that Saturday she then told me that she was waiting on me all day and it was not a good ideal for me to come in so I didn't (in which she did agree on the time). She ask for all her money back when my crew spent three hours packing and cleaning her apartment Friday I already gave Mrs [Member name removed] a military discount (we do have pictures of the apartment as well)."
