Out On A Limb Tree Service

Out on a Limb did a wonderful job. The back yard had overgrowth of vines, small trees and weeds that had taken over a good portion of the yard. They cleared out the overgrowth and cleared out the beds in the yard. They worked very hard and did a great job! They removed a large pine tree in the front yard and cleaned up everything from the tree. Wonderful job! Trustworthy people and easy to work with.

As planned

The job went very well. David managed to set up a small "landing zone" by the pine, and the tree was sectioned down into this area. There was very little damage to the azaleas or dogwood. David was very pleasant to work with, and very professional.

I called 5 Angie's List providers for service. Of the 5, two responded same day (David was one of them), one returned my call a week later after David had already completed the work, two I never heard back from. I was very impressed with David. His quote was literally half of what the other provider quoted, customer service was excellent, and he was very knowledgable. He pointed out a couple of problem trees in our yard when he gave us our estimate. I didn't feel he was trying to sell me extras, just making observations. He only gave me a quote for removal when I asked, and his quote was very reasonable. I told him the day that he came to do the tree trimming that we wanted to have the two trees removed as well; he took them out the same day! His stump sub came back two days later to grind those stumps. David was on location every time the stump sub was here, personally showing them what needed to be done and making sure the result was good. When he trimmed our trees, he got a good start and then asked me about specific branches to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. If/when we need service in the future, I will absolutely call on David. I did give a B for punctuality--they arrived about a half hour after the specified time each time they came out. Not a big deal for me, but if I had been busier, I would have appreciated a phone call with an updated time. They also forgot to remove the shrub I had asked about, but I completely forgot about it myself until days after they had completed the final stump grinding. He didn't charge me for it, so I'm not worried about it. Overall, an A+ experience. I would definitely recommend!

The tree was close to my house and my neighbors fence and I had a lot of shrubs and plants surrounding the tree and they did an excellent job of getting the tree down with very little damage to my plants. They completed the work when they said they would and did a very good job of cleaning up the mess. I had gotten other estimates and their price was the best and I would definitely call them again. Very friendly and professional.

Team performed excellently, were professional, and cleaned up afterward leaving no trace of the trees or that they had been there. I would hire them again.

Great! I called on a Sunday, David came the next day to look at it & give me a price & was back Wednesday to cut it down. Tree gone, new shed safe!

Mr. Chastain gave me a very reasonable estimate and competed the job timely. His crew worked non-stop, hauled the trees and debris away, and left the work area clean. He was great to work with and provided me with updates throughout the process. He also has a great working relationship with the city of Forest Acres. I highly recommend Out on a Limb and would use them again!

They did an exemplary job. Very professional, they did everything they said they would do and even went above my expectations. I would recommend them to anyone needing this type of service. They were well under 2 other bids I got.

I called David on a Tuesday, and by Friday morning, both trees were gone, as if they'd never been there. Excellent work, great value, very knowledgeable and skillful.

Provider had all necessary equipment to cut, remove tree away from property that included dead leaves. There was a professional and well trained climber that used ropes to ensure large branches landed were he wanted them. Another individual carried limbs and trunk to a waiting trailer. Provider will provide dirt or sand to cover any divots on the lawn. Used a tarp to cut limbs and remove saw dust and leaves.
