front gutters were done good enough but the back gutters was a lousy job.  twigs and pine straw was still in the gutter.  a leak was not sealed.  the first time it rained the drip from the gutter was the same as before they "fixed" it.  we made several attempts to get Odd jobs to come out and do the job right, but each time they came up with different excuse for not coming out.  ultimately we had to take Odd jobs to court where the judge rule in our favor.
